Purposes of Data Processing by the Responsible Party and Third-Parties

We are processing your personal data only for the purposes given in the privacy policy. A conveyance of your personal data to third-parties for purposes other than the termed ones does not take place. We only convey your personal data to third-parties, if:

  • you have given us your explicit consent,

  • data processing is necessary for the conclusion of a contract with you,

  • data processing is necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations,

data processing is necessary for protection of entitled interests and if there is no reason to believe that you have a predominant and worthy of protection interest in no transfer of your data.

 

Deletion or Disabling Data

We abide by the principles of data reduction and data economy. For any questions, get in touch with us via e-mail or contact form. Give us your voluntary consent for the purpose of contacting. Therefore, we will need a valid e-mail address. This serves the assignment of the inquiry and its reply. Further specifications are optional. The data will be saved for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for possible follow-up questions. After the execution of your inquiry, the personal data will be deleted automatically.

 

Utilisation of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by the Google Inc. (in the following: Google). Google Analytics uses so called “cookies” - text files that are saved on your computer to enable the analysation of the usage of the website. The information about the usage of the website, which are given by the cookie, are usually sent to a US Google server and are saved there. Because of the IP-anonymisation on these websites, the IP-address will be shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the agreement in the European Economic Area. Only as an exception, the full IP-address will be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. To be able to present our content correctly and graphically attractive across all browsers, we are using script libraries and font libraries, such as e.g. Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on our website. Google Web Fonts will be transmitted into the cache of your browser to avoid multiple loading. If your browser does not support or prohibits the access, the content will be presented with a standard font.

 

The calling of a script library or font library automatically leads to a connection to the library operator. Thereby, it is theoretically possible – still, currently unclear if, and, if need be, to which purpose – that operators of such libraries acquire data.

This website uses the re-marketing function by the Google Inc. The function is used to display interest-based advertisement to web page visitors within the Google-Advertisements-Network. In the webpage visitor’s browser, a so called “cookie” will be saved, which enables to recognise the visitor, when they visit a website, which is part of Google’s advertising network. On these websites, advertisements, which are based on the content of the formerly visited websites, using the re-marketing function by Google, can be displayed to the visitor.

 

According to their own statement, Google does not acquire personal data. Conversion Tracking with Visitor Action-Pixels by Facebook

With your consent, we use the “Visitor Action-Pixel” by the Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) within our internet presence. With its help, we can monitor the user’s actions after they have seen and clicked on the Facebook advertisement. Thereby, we can analyse the efficiency of Facebook advertisement for the purpose of statistics and market research. The acquired data is anonymous, which means that we do not see any personal data of the individual users. However, this data is saved and processed by Facebook, which we let you know according to our state of information. Facebook can connect this data to your Facebook account and use it for their own advertisement purpose, according to Facebook’s data use policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. You can enable Facebook and their partners to display advertisement on and outside Facebook. Moreover, a cookie can be saved on your device for this purpose.
